This form is to be completed if applying for a space at the Tortola Pier Park.
Please fill out all appropriate sections. To minimize any delays in receiving a decision about your application, please ensure you submit all relevant information. Please read and review Tortola Pier Park's Design Criteria Manual and the Pier Park's Rules and Regulations prior to submitting your application. (These documents can be collected at Tortola Pier Park's offices). Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time.

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

1. 1. Application form is completed and submitted.
2. 2. Letter of interest submitted.
3. 3. Business plan outlining business concept and financials is submitted, as guided by TPPL.
4. 4. One bank reference is submitted.
5. 5. Proof of Certificate of Incorporation.
6. 6. Certificate of Good standing from both Inland Revenue and Social Security submitted.
7. 7. Trade License submitted (If applicable).
8. 8.Reference from commercial landlord submitted (If applicable).
